We’re all bored. Like really bored, right? But, don’t worry. Apple is here to make your day. What do you do when the world is going through a pandemic and no one is talking about your phones? You leak the details yourself, what else.
They’re probably going to officially announce the phone at some point soon anyway, but ain’t nobody got time for that. From what we gather, the phone will be called the iPhone SE. How do we know that? They listed a Belkin screen protector in the Apple Store. Sounds pretty normal, right? Well, guess what, it was available for the iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and the iPhone SE too. Hmm, interesting.
There’s a whole lot of rumours already about what the new iPhone SE will have. It’s supposed to come in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB versions with an A13 processor. There’s no info on pricing as of yet. If you, like me, think the name sounds familiar, you’re right. Apple had released an iPhone SE back in 2016 too. It was the budget phone for people who wanted to hang on to their iPhone 5’s while getting upgraded hardware. Quite ‘revolutionary.’
Honestly, I don’t know how pumped people are for another new iPhone. Also, with all the rumours about the iPhone 9, all I can say is I’m thoroughly confused about the number strategy at Apple. There’s this meme about Bill Gates that comes to mind.
