Alia Bhatt says love you Rishi Uncle: For the past 2 years, I’ve known him as a father
Rishi Kapoor breathed his final at present. The actor was 67-years-old. Alia Bhatt was seen consoling an emotional Neetu Kapoor at Rishi’s funeral. The actress stood like a pillar beside the Kapoor household whereas they stated their last goodbye to the late actor.
Now, Alia has taken to Instagram to share throwback footage of Rishi Kapoor with Neetu Kapoor and his son Ranbir Kapoor. The actress additionally penned an emotional word, calling Rishi her good friend and father.
She wrote, “What can I say. About this beautiful man… who brought soo much love and goodness into my life. Today, everyone speaks of the legend that is Rishi Kapoor… and though I have known him like that all my life… for the past two years, I have known him as a friend, a fellow Chinese food lover, a total cinema lover, a fighter, a leader, a beautiful storyteller, an extremely passionate tweeter and a father! In these past two years, the love I have received from him is a warm hug that I will always cherish! I thank the universe for giving me this opportunity to know him… today probably most of us can say he is like family – because that’s how he made you feel. Love you, Rishi Uncle! Will miss you forever! Thank you for being you!”

Alia shared a throwback image of Rishi and Neetu and wrote, “Love you.” Sharing a childhood image of Ranbir together with his father, she wrote, “Beautiful boys.”
Rishi Kapoor was affected by leukemia from the past two years. He stayed in New York for over-a-year for the remedy. He returned to India in September, 2019.
The veteran actor was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning. He left us at 8:45am at present (Thursday) morning. His loss of life left his followers, family and friends members heartbroken.
He was cremated at Chandanwadi Crematorium in Mumbai. The funeral was attended by solely a few family and friends members attributable to the ongoing lockdown.
