Bruce Kelly is the brother of R. Kelly aka Robert Sylvester Kelly is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and former semi-professional basketball player. R. Kelly is the third of four children with an older sister and brother and a younger brother.
In 2019 he was arrested for several acts of sexual crimes, including child pornography and sexual assault of multiple counted. In 2002, he was indicted on 13 counts of child pornography but was acquitted of all charges in 2008. In January 2019, a widely viewed Lifetime docuseries titled Surviving R. Kelly detailed allegations of sexual abuse by multiple women, allegations Kelly denies. Facing pressure from the public using the Mute R. Kelly hashtag, RCA Records dropped Kelly.
On February 22, 2019, Kelly was indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.[20] On July 11, 2019, Kelly was arrested on federal charges alleging sex crimes and obstruction of justice. Kelly faces a total of 18 federal counts, including child pornography, kidnapping, and forced labor, as of July 12, 2019.

Bruce and Kelly’s Ex-wife, Andrea and his Girlfriend Kitti Jones appeared in the Emmy Award Docuseries in which Bruce revealed that he has always preferred, “Younger women.”
Additionally, Bruce is featured in the show alongside his younger brother, Carey. In the documentary, Bruce said “You have people who have fantasies about different things. I like older women, go figure, you know. But that’s just a preference. Everyone has preferences. So what is the big deal? What is the big issue with my brother?”
In March 2018, Bruce was arrested for burglary and is being held on a $100,000 bond at Chicago’s Cook County jail. According to the authorities, he is also booked on two different charges: possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, also, to escape.
In 2019 R. Kelly was arrested for several acts of sexual crimes, including child pornography and sexual assault of multiple counted. Later, In January 2019, Lifetime began airing a six-part documentary series detailing sexual abuse and misconduct allegations against Kelly. According to a report by TMZ, Kelly plans to take legal action against the creators of the series and Lifetime.
