Shah Rukh Khan is a name that resonates with love and stardom in Bollywood. The King of Romance has been entertaining the audience with his charm, wit and performance for a long time. Even after so many years in showbiz, his fan base keeps getting stronger with every passing year, also crossing boundaries. Now, the superstar has completed almost three decades in the industry as his debut film Deewana completes 29 years. Taking to his social media handle, he expressed nothing but gratitude towards his fan.

Shah Rukh Khan mentioned that he is impressed by the immense love of his fans and said that he has spent ‘more than half his life’ to entertain the audience. “Working. Saw the ‘overwhelming’ of almost 30 years of love you’re showering on me here. Felt like it’s more than half my life in the service of hoping to entertain you all. Will take the time tomorrow And will personally share some love back. “Thx needed to feel loved,” wrote the superstar.

Before making his big screen debut with Rishi Kapoor and Divya Bharti’s Deewana (1992), Khan was playing different roles on television. After Deewana became a hit, he did not look back as he continued to produce career-defining hits.

Last seen on the big screen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero in 2018, Shah Rukh has been active as a producer. Since his last release as an actor, he has produced several films and web series under his banner Red Chillies Entertainment, including Badla, Class of 83, Bard of Blood and Betaal. His upcoming productions include the Kahaani spin-off Bob Biswas, starring Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role, and Love Hostel.

Shah Rukh will return to acting with an action film titled Pathan, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film, which is yet to be officially announced, is produced by Yash Raj Films.
