These vipers are quick moving sideways at quite a speed. They hunt mammals, birds, other reptiles, and also frogs. You will find them in northern Africa, Middle East and southern Asia, although it’s highly recommended to not go looking for them. They are relatively small, but they are irritable, aggressive, and are loaded with a lethal venom. Mortality rates are unfortunately very high, and it is believed they are responsible for the most human deaths than any other snake in these regions.
