Salman Khan is all set to create a NEW record at the box office with his recent release ‘Dabangg 3’; Find

Salman Khan’s masala entertainer ‘Dabangg 3’ which arrived in theatres on Friday has been doing good business despite the fact that the film’s collections have been affected by the ongoing CAA protest in various regions of the country.

With the cop drama opening to Rs 22.50 crore on the first day at the box office, the collections of ‘Dabangg 3’ saw a rise through the weekend. With reports of a drastic fall on Monday in the domestic circuit, according to Boxofficeindia.com, Salman’s ‘Dabangg 3’ looks adamant to create new records.

The Bhaijaan of Bollywood enjoys a huge fan following which indirectly aids his film’s box office collections. With ‘Dabangg 3’ all set to join the likes of Salman’s previous releases like ‘Dabangg’, ‘Kick’, ‘Ready’, ‘Dabangg 2’, ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Bodyguard’, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Jai Ho’, ‘Tubelight’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Race 3’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘Bharat’ and ‘Sultan’, it would be his 15th film to enter the Rs 100 crore club.

‘Dabangg 3’ which has been helmed by Prabhu Deva and also marks the debut of Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter Saiee in Bollywood, the film is running high on star-power and popularity of the franchise. With approximately Rs 82-83 crore from the first four days, ‘Dabangg 3’ is on the verge of entering the 100 crore club and create a new record.

Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Kabir Singh’ and Akshay Kumar‘s ‘Mission Mangal’ might be the highest-earning films of 2019 but Salman’s ‘Dabangg 3’ surpassed their first-weekend box office collection to grab the fourth spot in the highest first-weekend earning films of 2019.

The third instalment of the ‘Dabangg’ franchise has also grabbed the fourth spot in the highest first-weekend box office collections in 2019 overseas. With Salman’s ‘Bharat’ topping the list with $6.2 million followed by ‘War’ and ‘Gully Boy’ with $5.8 million and $4.3 million respectively, ‘Dabangg 3’ has managed to collect $4 million in the international circuit.
