Final Goodbye? Robert Downey Jr To Reportedly Return As Iron Man In ‘Black Widow’ For A Cameo
While it was heart-breaking for most Marvel fans that Robert Downey Jr. was hanging his Iron Man suit forever following The Avengers: Endgame, it is being reported Tony Stark will be back for Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. (Let that sink in).
Now we may know what you would be wondering that Tony Stark aka Iron Man brought to life by Robert Downey Jr. died in The Avengers: Endgame, but there’s a catch.
Black Widow is technically a prequel set before The Avengers: Endgame, so obviously, Tony Stark is alive and a cameo appearance by Robert Downey Jr. makes sense not only because he is the ONLY one who can ever be Iron-Man but also how his inclusion will be quite a puller for a movie that doesn’t have a big-name cast, except for Scarlett Johansson.
Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow was slated for a world-wide May 2020 release however because of coronavirus, the film release has been pushed further. But if an appearance by Iron Man is predicted, we can’t wait for the movie to hit theatres soon. Until then, stay home and wait patiently.
