Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- 1 lt milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- Dry fruits of your choice
- Saffron strands
- Green cardamom powder

Step 1In a heavy bottom pan, add milk. Let it boil till it reaches half of the total quantity.Step 2Wash apples and grate them. Keep aside.Step 3Add sugar and grated apples to the milk. Make sure you keep the flame low.Step 4Next add dry fruits of your choice – almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, pine nuts.Step 5Now add saffron strands to the milk.Step 6Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.Step 7
