India leg-spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal has poked fun at Virat Kohli on Instagram when the former commented on a video posted by the latter’s wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.
Anushka, on Friday, posted a video in which she can be seen mimicking the way Kohli’s fans ask the India team and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain to hit a four when he is batting in the middle.
As soon as Chahal came across that post, he couldn’t stop himself from commenting. He took to Anushka’s official Instagram handle and made a hilarious request to the better half of the Indian skipper. The 29-year-old asked her to help him with opening the batting for India in her next clip. His comment read, “Next time bhabhi please say chahal ok opening Kara na chahal ko I wish aapki sun le.”
Yuzvendra has been extremely active on his social media since the nationwide lockdown began in India, posting videos involving his family members as well.
Notably, the leggie was scheduled to join Kohli at the RCB camp for IPL 2020. However, with the coronavirus pandemic bringing a halt to cricketing action since mid-March, like everyone else, the cricketers have also been forced to stay at home.
Recently, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially announced that IPL 2020 has been suspended ‘until further notice’. With no further details about the next scheduled game of cricket, one can expect Chahal to provide a lot more entertainment on social media.
